After launching the Visual Arts Briefs blog this year, SVA is taking two new steps in the online world with an official presence on Facebook® and Twitter. The School of Visual Arts fan page on Facebook is a place for members of the SVA community to get regular news updates, events information and more in a social-network setting. Click here to join the School of Visual Arts Facebook page (a Facebook account is required to join).
Similarly, Twitter members can follow the SVA_News account to get the same daily posts in 140 characters or less, sent directly to your computer or mobile device. This platform also allows for “Re-Tweeting” posts, letting you spread the word about individual bits of SVA news to your own networks of friends and colleagues.
